After 4 weeks still no packages, customer service not helpful and now it turns out that one package doesn't even have a valid tracking number for the parcel to my country.
This is the 2nd US business that I have been supporting and once again gotten disappointed.
There are better companies out there that I am sure appreciate you supporting them. This is not one of them.
Lessons learned and on to supporting small US businesses who actually care about their customers!
Their products are very good but they are very slow at shipping and their delivery timing is not acceptable. 3 weeks and packages are still in transit! Considering that I paid $30 and almost $90 for the 2 packages (mailing/shipping) only, their service should be better. Using DHL e-commerce for overseas delivery is just a bad choice and should only be used for national delivery. Was going to order the graphine matrix Coating 100ml but then I would have to wait for ages to get it. Will go to the competition to buy a graphine matrix Coating, so I can apply it before all the other stuff that I bought from ethoscarcare...maybe a little more customercarcare.
